Presentation & Deck Design — Cross-Industry Portfolio

Five industries, five rooms, one operating principle: a deck that reads as credible and considered within the first slide.

Problem

Clients across procurement, executive consulting, fundraising, luxury retail, and real estate lending were all reaching for the same generic template with a logo pasted on — and losing the room before slide two.

Approach

One visual system per deck, built from the brief. Repeatable icon or numbering treatments, a disciplined type hierarchy, and a color system chosen to signal the right tone before a single word is read.

Result

Each deck was designed to hold its specific room — procurement panels, executive interview committees, investor meetings, retail buyer introductions, and lender presentations.

Representative slides

Inside the systems.

Stylized covers · NDA

Actual client decks are confidential. These are representative cover slides in each deck's visual system — palette, type hierarchy, and layout — to show the design language.

Five rooms

One system per deck.

Institutional Procurement

Airport Authority RFP Deck

Dense operational and compliance content made scannable through icon-driven process flows and KPI call-outs — built to survive a procurement panel's checklist without losing narrative.

Executive Consulting

Leadership Discussion Deck

A numbered-framework system carried consistently across a 30/60/90-day roadmap and outcomes cascade — designed as a strategic conversation, not a resume recap.

Startup Fundraising

Pre-Seed Mortgage-Tech Investor Deck

Dark navy, data-dense market sizing and unit economics built to withstand investor scrutiny — every chart earning its place, no decorative filler.

Luxury Retail

Jewelry Brand Buyer Presentation

Ivory, brushed gold, and minimal copy — an editorial retail buyer introduction that reads closer to a fashion lookbook than a slide deck.

Real Estate Investment

Lending Opportunity Overview

Clean data hierarchy across deal snapshot, capital structure, and investment ask — designed for lender rooms where every number is scrutinized.

Design principles

How each deck is built.

Native files
Every deck built natively in PowerPoint or Canva — fully editable, no flattened graphics — so the client owns and extends the system after handoff.
One system per deck
A repeatable icon or numbering treatment, a disciplined type hierarchy, and a color system chosen to signal the right tone before a single word is read.
Room-first design
Procurement panel, investor meeting, buyer intro, lender presentation — each deck is engineered around who is in the room and what decision they need to make.
No template feel
No stock slide masters with a logo pasted on. Every visual system built from the brief — the deck should feel considered from the first slide.

Multiple client and company details are kept confidential per agreement. Work samples from specific decks are available on request.
