Executive Interview Presentation

A strategic-conversation deck for a Senior Operations Executive interviewing at a Confidential Healthcare Client in the fertility / patient-care space.

Problem

The client wanted a presentation that felt like a strategic discussion — not a resume recap. The goal: land the room already thinking like part of their leadership team.

Approach

A 9-slide narrative in a McKinsey / Deloitte-influenced visual system — navy, teal, gold on white — carrying one leadership story from philosophy through a 30/60/90-day plan.

Result

A deck engineered to position the candidate as a strategic thinker from the first slide, with a repeatable visual system the executive can carry into future leadership communications.

Reference
McKinsey & Deloitte Strategy — minimal, executive, confident. No clip art. No sales-deck feel.
Ratio
Roughly 60% content / 40% graphics. Icons, infographics, simple process diagrams — not decoration.
System
Icon-in-circle treatment for repeating frameworks. Numbered sequences for philosophy and diagnostic slides. Timeline blocks for the 90-day plan.
Consistency
A single navy / teal / gold system carried through every slide so the deck reads as one document, not nine.

Client and company details are kept confidential. Named here as “Senior Operations Executive” and “Confidential Healthcare Client.” Full deck available on request.
